Deposit:
Please contact me directly before placing your deposit. There is currently a wait time. A $200 deposit is required to begin work. The rest of the cost will be invoiced after the proof is approved.
References Photos:
I work from your photos or mine (if it's local). The final design is approved by the client before being printed. Prints are included in the price.
Proofs:
I like to be able to get art approved by the third proof. I will draw a piece based on your photos and ideas. Most changes should be small. The client is responsible for proofing any text. Major changes will incur a fee of $125 per hour.
People & Pets:
The base fee for a custom design includes the creation of a structure (cabin, house, etc). Adding figures (people, pets, etc) costs a additional $50 per person/pet.
